Returns and refunds

Refunds be only granted fer plunder damaged on the high seas or fer flaws in craftsmanship. In such cases, ye’ll need to return the spoils at yer own cost.

We be acceptin’ trades and cancellations if ye follow these codes o’ conduct:

Send word by parrot within 14 days o’ yer booty landin’ on deck

Return yer loot within 30 days afore it’s claimed by Davy Jones

Shout fer a cancellation within 24 hours o’ makin’ yer purchase

Returns be walkin’ the plank—none allowed! But if yer order gives ye trouble, send a message in a bottle and we’ll lend a hand.

No custom orders, matey—what ye see be what ye get!

The cost o’ returnin’ yer loot be on yer own purse. If the booty returns in less than shipshape, ye may owe us fer the lost value.
